TERMS OF SERVICE
JarvisAI is a private alpha operated by Vortech Technologies, Inc. ("Vortech", "we"). Access is by invitation only.
1. Using JarvisAI
You may use JarvisAI only with an account we have approved. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for activity under your sign-in. Don't try to access other users' data, bypass security, or overload the service.
2. AI output
JarvisAI generates answers with AI models and web searches. Output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important facts, numbers, legal, medical and financial information yourself before relying on them. JarvisAI drafts emails, posts and messages but never sends anything to other people without your explicit approval.
3. Mature content
An optional "NSFW preference" setting is available only to users who confirm they are 18 or older. It is off by default. You are responsible for using it lawfully.
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal activity, harassment, or content that exploits minors.
- No attempts to make JarvisAI harm people, systems or data.
- No reselling or sharing your access.
5. Your content
You own what you say and type. You let us store and process it to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Alpha software
JarvisAI is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change, break or be discontinued. To the extent the law allows, Vortech isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the alpha.
7. Ending access
You can stop using JarvisAI at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
