PRIVACY POLICY

Short version: your conversations live on our own server, not in a big-tech cloud. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

What we collect

• Account: your Google account email, verified by Cloudflare Access at sign-in.
• Conversations: what you say or type, Jarvis's replies, and your settings (voice, style, mode).
• Memory: short facts you state about yourself (e.g. your business, preferences), saved so Jarvis remembers you. You can view them in Settings → Memory and ask Jarvis to forget them.
• Basic logs: sign-in failures, IP address and timestamps, for security.

Where it's processed

• Voice: speech-to-text and the voice you hear are generated on our own server. Audio isn't sent to third-party speech services.
• AI model: everyday conversation runs on a model hosted on our own server.
• Heavy work: some work tasks and "Think" mode may be processed by NVIDIA's AI API; only the text needed for that task is sent.
• Web search: when you ask about current facts, a search query (not your identity) is sent to search engines.
• Sign-in & network: Cloudflare (Access, Tunnel) and Google (sign-in) process connection and identity data under their own policies.

Who can see it

Each account's conversations, memory and files are separate; other users can't see yours. Vortech administrators can access the server for operation and security.

How long we keep it

Until you delete a conversation or ask us to delete your account data. Deleted conversations go to a short-term recoverable trash, then are removed.

Your choices

• Delete any conversation from the menu.
• Ask Jarvis to "forget" a fact, or ask us to wipe your memory and data.
• Sign out at any time from Settings.

JarvisAI isn't for anyone under 13, and mature-content features require confirming you're 18+.
